Yes, even though George Bush denies it, it is happened. Why do you guys think about it? Are you scared tha your children and grandchildren will be living in an horrible world with a lost of Co2 and that in a few hundred years the earth may be unhabitable? I know it's going on, but I feel as one person what I do makes no difference, but experts say we all feel like that and we all should contribute by turning down the heating 5 degrees and so on. What do ya'll think?

i think its goin on and that its a slow process, but i also think that scietist will soon find a way to artifically fix the problem before the earth is inhabital.

Like Godofwar says, it goes slowly, but we may not underestimate the change. The world is changing, faster and faster, in technologic form. The flora and fauna of the world moves, different trees start to grow in countries where it was to cold for them, animals move along too. In some years, there may be palmtrees in the siberian grounds. I hope we can do enough to make our childen have a better world and a good understanding of what must happen to prevent the world from overheating and from the death of plants, trees and the whole living nature.

Isn't it a cyclus? We already had an ice age before... You get my point? People are investigating if we are between two ice ages as we speak. (mind that this is a process that takes thousands of years). Proof the scientists have is for example the "gletschers". The places in the mountains where we have snow the whole year.

hmm acctually i do think its not going good but i kind of trust humanity on this one i think they wil find something on it i just heard about something they found in the water that eats that thing that makes the earth heat up (dont know the word atm) and maybe theyl make some machine or something... cause humans are the ssmartest things on earth and if we've managed to talk to eachtother in this way i trust them to take care of the earth too ^^

Global warming is noticable here in Belgium. In July we had the hottest month ever recorded and this month we're heading towards one of the coldes Augusts ever. When I hear my dad out about the old days he tells me the winters here used to be -20C during the day with tons of snow. Now days we hardly get any snow and temperature doesn't drop below -10C very often (only during cold winter nights) When it starts raining here it really rains. Not a wimpy moeson like in India lol Better kept my mouth shut, it's starting to poor over here while I'm typing this message. That rain dance I did earlier really worked Marco -

I readed in somekind of book That's true, the sun will explode in time, but that's not 16 million, but a billion years away. It's logic, because the sun is a star, and all the other stars explode in time too.

Technically we are still in an ice-age.. (apparantly) but of course it things keep heating up we will be in the middle of a very severe one.
Like most things, we have mucked up this planet and will continue to do so until it's too late or we develop the technology to go muck up another planet somewhere else.
Definately warmer in the UK, but most noticably the seasons appear to have shifted so that everything is later than it used to be..
