Urgent: FY!

Ok this will be quite a story so take some time for it.

Some time ago, a discussion started on the -=Of-God=- forum. About Homosexuality. A part of the people agreed, and some didn't. Well that is no problem, but things got out of hand. People got angry, and lots of things happened, and are said without there was a need for it.

Unfortunately, things have gotten way to far out of hand, and we, the staff, had to step on the break to stop this. Like most people now by now, Ernie has left his clan.

Clan members can read that Ruud has left our clan as well. He can't stand that our clan will apologize for the things that are being said, and are being done. In my opinion, most people have been wrong here, including me, and most important, people on BOTH sides have made some serious mistakes.

Ernie got the choice, to leave the clan, or apologize. He left, I will act like that. I take my responsibility and post here in public for the following personal reasons:

-Using scripts my own forum, completely written by Jeff, aka Peace-=Of-God=-
-Behaving not very respectfully towards some of the -=Of-God=- members. Now my anger is gone, I can't see he reason why I acted the way I did..
-I want to say sorry to all the people I offended .

In name of my members: I ask you all to respect the things my members have said. As you know most of us spent pretty much time in the -=Of-God=- clan. It was pretty much a disappointment to see that the things are said, well, that they are said..

I hope we can "forget" the things that are happened, and that we can build on a very strong relationship in the future.

Edit: Something I really learned from this, a mistake that I have made twice now (already ).. People that have send me a message in private, I have brought those out into the open. This will not happen again, and I ask all of you (take it as a free tip ) to contact me, or any staff member if there is anything that occurs between you and a clanmember, allies, or forum guests, I dont care. David (Dynasty-=Of-God) and Paul (Gardener-=Of-God=-) helped me with me with constructing parts of the forum, I think that was/is a very cool action of them. Thanks guys

I defenitly agree that some serious mistakes are taken.
That was really sad because I really like every member of Of-God.
I hope we can build a strong relationship with them.
Maybe I haven't been totally fair in Of-God sometimes, and I hope those things can be forgiven.

I really would like to see a good and friendly allience between Of-God and McC. and I hope that everyone in McC. and Of-God is willing to cooperate in that. Maybe I say this just as a member, but this is the way I think about it.

yes I hope everything will be okay in the future..... is there any change that ruud will come back for -McC. and ernie for O-G ?? I always loved to play whit them. And the server, who is gonna pay that one now ruud is gone ?

Just a sidenote on this ... I want to thank Jamie for taking this step toward reconciliation ... I know it wasn't easy. And you all have no idea of all the discussions that have gone on behind the scenes between the -McC. leadership and I about all of this mess.

On behalf of The -=Of-God=- Clan, I would like to accept your public apology, both here and on our forum as well, once I have restored your privileges there.

I would like to say on behalf of the C4C clan I am glad this is in the past and we can move on. Maybe in time all the Christian clans will be closer Hate does nothing but cheapen and weaken us all, and I have been as bad as anyone on that front at times. To any and all OG I have not talked to or PMed I would like to say a sorry on our behalf and wish to move forward in peace with you all as well.

i did nothing to them so why apoligize?

they banned us from the forum not us

they banned us from the server not us

and what did we do we let them come on our forum and let them play on the server

its not about what each side did to each other, but the ones that forgive arent traitors. They just realize what went wrong and make a peace about it. The bannings that took place were horrible acts, but not banning them was just being the better person. Now idk anything about arcade x, but unless you own it, its not stealing, its freeware for all to use. Just because one side has it doesnt mean the other cant. I dont know about what Jaime and Marco did, but your attitude is complete hate towards how the 2 clans can get along and different ideals. This isnt the first time something like this clan vs clan problem has happened, but you have to let it go and just face it. All you've done is attack the people that have tried making this incident go away.

If you had any idea what the -=Of-God=- Game Room was, you'd realize that it is nothing like the "ArcadeX" (which of course is not technically -McC.'s, but used by permission from another site, as Matt mentioned).

Our Game Room is something that I've been working on for quite some time ... anyone on our Leadership Council can attest to the fact that our "TOP-SECRET TESTING AREA" has had the game room board sitting there for literally months while I've been trying to sort out the bugs in the setup, in all the oodles of spare time that everyone knows that I have .

The fact that the setup bugs were worked out shortly after -McC. was formed is due in part to coincidence, and in part due to the fact that I find scripting to be a splendid means of releasing frustration (and sometimes of receiving frustration, true, but more often of releasing frustration ;D). Since I had a veritable surplus of frustration at that time , I thus spent more time scripting and decided to devote my attention to that neglected test board -- and thus the -=Of-God=- Game Room was finished and moved out for our forum members to enjoy.

The truth (whether you care to believe it or not) is that I never even entered ArcadeX here until yesterday. I heard rumors that we were being accused of stealing your scripts, so I decided to come and check for myself to see if there were any similarities -- and about the only similarity is that they're both places to play games. (Feel free to check our Game Room out if you have an account on our forum ... I think the differences will be obvious and will far outweigh any possible similarities.

Ruud, just because I went with Jamie and Marco and not you doesn't mean that I follow anything with a wet nose I actually had my own opinion believe it or not And that was the same as Jamie and Marco.

FYI: Ruud left us in an impossible situation where he didn't co-operate and only left us with one option.

This wasn't about you Ruud, it was all about jamie who wanted to apoligize for using Jeff's scripts. It didn't even concern you because this was between Jeff and Jamie. All you did was going in against us while we tried to build a better relationship between our clans and in the end YOU chose to leave because you can't live with peace apperently. Your warlike attidude against OG is something we simply don't need here!

If you would be able to participate in a normal disscussion without rampaging then we would have invited you in, but you can't as you have proven to us several times. Maybe I'm a Staff Member here but I don't need your permission to talk with my friends, like Jeff for instance.

Now this I don't take very lightly, this just shows how little you know about Marcus. At the beginning when i joined McC I was a little sceptic when i saw Marcus was Staff here, but after a while i found out we couldn't have picked someone better. I'm proud to work togheter with him and put high value in his opinions.

Just coincedence IMO - and there are a lot more forums with a game room like ours. This is so common that you can't call it 'our' idea.

Who are you calling a traitor Ruud ? YOU can't put the clan before your own feelings, it's YOUR anger and YOUR hate we need to follow instead what's good for the clan! Going against 3 Staff Members votes and blackmailing us with leaving if we decide something you don't like! I ask you.......who's the real traitor now ?

I fail to see the facts that you mentioned, i did notice the profanity in your message which i have removed.
